Hello, I’m Karen and here you will find information about me and my style of supervision. I offer a safe and respectful space where you can reflect on your practice in a flexible way that meets your personal and professional needs. I offer supervision to qualified therapists, counsellors and psychologists who are working with adults. I hope you find the information that you need here. Please do not hesitate to contact me on 07900 997 933 or info@changesonlinetherapy.co.uk if you have any questions or would like to discuss working together.

Supervisory Experience

I have a Diploma in Digital Supervision and I offer supervision to therapists working face to face or online. I have experience of supervising counsellors, psychologists, assistant psychologists, nurses and health care assistants on a 1:1 and group basis.

My Fees

I offer an initial 60 minute session at a reduced rate of £50 in order that we can meet and discuss your requirements, so we can see if we are a good fit and would like to work together. If we decide to work together, the following fees apply:

  • £65 for a 60 minute session via video.
  • £80 for a 90 minute session via video.

Payment is in advance via Stripe (you can pay with any debit/credit card).

About Me

I am a HCPC registered clinical psychologist, having qualified in 2014. I am a chartered member of the BPS and a full member of ACTO (Association for Counselling and Therapy Online).

Prior to becoming a psychologist, I worked within a variety of healthcare roles within the NHS, including as a mental health nurse, and I value the diversity of my experience. My experience as a clinical psychologist includes working within the IMPACT chronic pain service at Haywood Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent, and as the lead psychologist for the eating disorder and rehabilitation services at The Priory Hospital, Cheadle Royal. I have worked solely within private practice since May 2017 and I currently offer all of my therapeutic and supervisory work online. My approach is broadly person-centred and I also draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
