I am unable to offer support between our scheduled sessions/email exchanges and cannot provide a crisis service, therefore online therapy with me is not suitable if you are feeling actively suicidal or at risk of harming others. If you begin to feel at risk of acting on any thoughts of harming yourself or others after we have commenced therapy, we will discuss what support might be appropriate for you to access and I can assist you in accessing such support. If you feel at high/immediate risk of acting on any thoughts to harm yourself or others it is important to access help urgently by:
- requesting an emergency appointment with your GP, or
- contacting NHS direct on 111, or
- attending your local A&E department/dialling 999.
